Tanguy de Lamotte belongs to those who believed in Class40 from the beginning. He is rewarded for his efforts since he won, with Adrien Hardy, the first edition of the Solidaire du Chocolat.


Designer and builder of his mini in 2004, he finished 7th in the Transat 650 in 2005. then he worked with Rogers design to conceive the Class40 he sails from 2008. With the Figarist and past mini sailor Adrien Hardy, he made a nice course from France to Yucatan to win the two-handed race ahead of Jourdren & Stamm and Soldini & d’Ali.
