The young sailor from Normandy was chosen by breton Armel Le Cléac’h (past winner of the Figaro solo race and second of the last Vendée Globe) to be his partner in the two-handed race from Concarneau to St Barthélemy. Good choice ! For his first transatlantic, Fabien Delahaye who had never spent more than 8 days on a boat, has won the Transat
