It not only came down to the last race but actually to the last run for Nantes-St-Nazaire to win the regatta by the tiny margin of 1,5 points. Force EDC claims their first victory
Only two races have been sailed today outside Hyères after a long postponement due to lack of wind. The light shifty airs meant that the fleet was always quite split but it suited certain boats that were able to read the shifts first and do well. Local boat Vitamine – Hyères – C O Y C H grabbed victory in today’s most physical but fun downwind race to Hyères. You could read joy on everyone’s face as the crew stepped off their boat. They all really enjoyed this slay ride. -

Marseille’s Mistral leads Panther Team GBR to victory
The Mistral came overnight in Marseille and has been wreaking havoc with the fleet today. These strong conditions seem to suite the Brits as Panther Team GBR scored their first victory. Royal Thames came home in 6th and Force EDC in 12th. -

The Med yet again produces surprise results
The fleet left the docks in Sète this morning at 6 :00 in order to start the second Mediterranean offshore race to Marseille. But once again there was not enough wind to start right away and therefore, the boats motored for nearly 4 hours.
